dullness

Wearing a thrifted vest and blouse, unknown scarf and boots, Nine West socks, Tommy Hilfiger skirt, silks tights, unknown coat and hat.
While I do enjoy the occasional snowfall, I'm not the happiest when it snows and it's cold. I hate having to bundle up so much and look like a marshmallow. Although I do enjoying layering minus the coat. My dad remarked that this outfit was very "dull coloured" compared to what I usually wear and I realized he was right. There is something strange about the colder months. I sometimes feel like they take away the vibrant part of ourselves that seeks for happiness and light and hides them, so all we're left with is the dullness; the elongated nights, the chill of the wind, and the quietness of the world.
