Who takes your outfit photos?
I usually either take my own outfit photos with a tripod and timer or I ask my father to take them for me. He's gotten used to how I like my outfit posts, so if I don't feel like lugging out my tripod, my dad's there to help.
What kind of camera do you use?
I use a Sony Alpha DSLR-A200 with an 18-70mm zoom lens. I'm currently in the process of upgrading my camera/lens so this might change in the future.
What do you do when you're not blogging?
I'm currently in my third year at university doing a Bachelor in Political Science and English. When I'm not at school and not studying, I like spending time with my family and friends, reading, watching old movies, writing, etc.
Who are your favourite designers?
I have a soft spot in my heart for John Galliano for Christian Dior, but I also really enjoy collections by Valentino, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, and Chanel for the history and the classic details that Karl Lagerfeld has maintained. I also have a small obsession
with Vera Wang wedding dresses.Why did you start blogging?
I started blogging when I was in high school, stuck wearing a uniform each day. None of my friends were really interested in fashion, and I became interested in exploring new styles that nobody around me really accepted. Blogging became an outlet for me to share my style and thoughts on fashion with a large community of people who share the same interests.
Where do you get your inspiration?
I grew up with a mom who is a Textiles Engineer, whose also incredibly creative, so fashion has always been a part of my life. I definitely look up to my mom and her creative eye, but I also enjoy flipping through magazines and reading many fashion blogs. I think home decor and beautiful photography also plays an impact on how I dress.
